The Process
Step 1
Preparation
Using Xpel's industry leading DAP Pattern System our team will select, modify and plot the exact templates required for the installation. The templates will be precisely cut using our Graphtec plotter and then taken to our glass wall to be prepared for installation. This process is all done in house by our highly skilled Paint Protection Film Installers.
Step 2
Installation
Once the preparation is complete our team will begin the installation process. This requires a combination of specialist products, tools and advanced techniques to ensure a flawless, uncompromised finish.
Step 3
Finish
Once the individual installations have been completed, all film edges will be wrapped under the panel where accessible. This ensures a superior finish whilst providing maximum coverage.
After curing in our temperature controlled facility our team will complete a comprehensive quality control check of the installation prior to the vehicles handover.
